Full-Time Technical Analyst

Cint Marketplace is seeking a Technical Analyst for its Platform support team.

This team offers 24/7 support to internal users and global clients, collaborating with stakeholders on product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support for Cint platform users.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and review technical documentation.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Classify submitted bugs based on their impact severity.
• Debug API integrations.
• Guide clients on adopting key platform features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of technical support experience (SaaS experience a plus).
• 1+ years of API debugging and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to quickly grasp and retain new knowledge.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to train team members.
• Strong time management skills to manage multiple cases concurrently.
