Join our high-growth team as a key player in ensuring the smooth technical operations and digital presence across our leading health, beauty, and pet care brands. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Technical Analyst to drive the setup, monitoring, and management of custom domains, emails, phone numbers, and all affiliate tracking systems in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical Domain & Email Management: Set up and configure custom domains, manage branded email addresses, provision company phone numbers.
- Proactive Site and Brand Management: Lead the technical aspects of site rebrands, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Affiliate Stats Monitoring & Tracking: Set up and monitor custom affiliate tracking links and systems, audit affiliate tracking.
- Proactive Issue Resolution & Infrastructure Security: Anticipate risk, monitor for deliverability or compliance issues.
Who You Are:
- Technically adept with a strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, SSL, email delivery, and Cloudflare.
- Experience setting up and monitoring company email systems and troubleshooting SPAM/deliverability issues.
- Hands-on experience with domain management for marketing campaigns.
- Keen attention to detail, proactive problem-solver.
- Collaborative, communicative, and eager to work with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a technical support, devops, sysadmin, or digital operations role.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing tracking tools.
- Comfort with change management and process documentation.
