The Technical Analyst, Data Product Support role offers a unique opportunity to enhance technical skills across a wide range of customer experience and technology services.
This role provides comprehensive technical assistance with hardware, software, systems, and data-related issues.
This is a fully remote position supporting the Care Center's end-user devices and ensuring optimal performance of our data products.
Ideal candidate is highly communicative, excels at closing the loop with stakeholders, innovative, energetic, adaptable, and effectively handles a high volume of diverse requests while maintaining quality support.
Primary Job Duties:
This role encompasses responsibilities in two key areas: End-User Technical Support and Data Product Support.
The balance of time spent on each area may vary based on business needs.
- End-User Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and systems, resolving issues across various communication channels.
- Data Product Support: Use SQL to validate and replicate reported data issues, execute standard procedures to resolve routine data problems. Provide support to physician practices and business stakeholders, communicate with the Product Management Team regarding escalated support issues and product releases.
Technical Requirements (Remote): Minimum internet speed 5 Mbps Download/ 3 Mbps Upload.
Other Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of technical support or customer experience experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
- Data-related support experience a plus.
- Remote work experience a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Google Apps, ConnectWise, Salesforce, iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.
- Familiarity with data ecosystems (ETL, warehouse, analytics).
- SQL knowledge beneficial.
- Networking concepts knowledge a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Adaptability, problem-solving, productivity, and documentation skills.
- HIPAA compliance understanding.
- Previous experience in a regulated environment a plus.
