The Role We're seeking a driven Technical Content Editor & SEO Specialist to help shape our digital presence and content strategy. This role combines editorial management, technical writing expertise with SEO optimization to effectively communicate our platform's unique value proposition to enterprise decision-makers and developers. Working closely within our marketing team and external SEO consultants, you'll create compelling content that drives organic growth while maintaining technical accuracy and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical content about our agentic AI platform, and enterprise use cases
• Develop and optimize SEO-focused content including blog posts, social (incl. video), technical documentation, landing pages, and thought leadership articles
• Manage and update content on our WordPress-based website, including publishing new content and maintaining existing pages
• Handle basic HTML/CSS edits for content optimization and webpage maintenance
• Collaborate with technical teams to accurately communicate complex concepts around AI agents, chain of work, and enterprise automation
• Work with external SEO specialists to implement and refine content strategy
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and SEO optimization processes
• Monitor content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Support the creation of technical documentation, marketing material and developer resources
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all content while optimizing for search visibility
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and SEO opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in B2B software or AI/ML
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to technical accuracy
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content
• Proven track record of creating SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic
• Understanding of SEO, GPT & Social visibility best practices and content optimization techniques
• Experience basic analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools like SEMRush, AHRefs or similar
• Experience managing WordPress-based websites and content management systems
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for content and webpage editing
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization
• Business proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus
