Job Details

Experian Data Quality (EDQ) North America Professional Services team is focused on helping clients achieve successful outcomes through both pre- and post-sales phases.

Experian Data Quality solutions empower customers along their journey to data maturity.

Provide remote, software technical support for Experian EDQ clients. Solutions include data cleansing, validation, enrichment and profiling.

Assist in solving client issues through various channels (email, phone, ticketing).

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to API, data processing, and application functionality.

Collaborate with internal teams (product development, Level 2 & 3 engineering, account management) to resolve complex issues.

Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, solutions, current action owner, and follow-up plans.

Assist in knowledge base creation & maintenance using Knowledge Centered Service methodology.

Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends.

  • Experience: 1-3 years Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT related support
  • Education: BA degree or equivalent
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Server/Linux environment, CLI. Knowledge in basic networking concepts, remote desktop technologies, Salesforce or similar ticketing systems, English (level B2).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, work non-standard hours, resolve issues over the phone using remote control tools, communicate clearly and concisely, and a passion for Data Quality.
  • Preferred Skill: API knowledge

Remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
