What role will you play? We seek a skilled technical writer to develop product manuals, how-to guides, website help sections, user guides, API Developer guides, and more. You will create inclusive documentation meeting our needs. Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, creating user-friendly content. You will gain a deep understanding of our products, translating complex information into clear formats.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical writer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in owning end-to-end documentation creation
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritization
- Familiarity with API documentation for REST or .NET APIs
- Experience creating documentation for various technical skill levels
- Understanding of the microfinance/banking industries (preferred)
- Autonomous, proactive, and accountable work style
What will be advantageous to have? Experience with Confluence/JIRA, Github, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and microservices is a plus.
