Technical Managed Services Consultant with French at SmartRecruiters is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and HRIT.
This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact (internal/external) for automation/integrations between SmartRecruiters and customer ecosystems.
- Part of Hiring Success Team, ensuring customer hiring success.
- Restricted customer group - primary point of contact for custom integrations/automation.
- Act as Business Consultant, Project Manager, and Developer to assist customers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, implement small enhancements for hiring success.
- Responsible for backlog of questions/enhancement requests related to HCM Connectors/custom automation.
- Proactively monitor, identify, and document integration/automation failures/improvements.
- Plan delivery of integrations, automation fixes, and enhancements.
- Build integrations/automation enhancements using no-code platforms or advise customer's technical team.

- In-depth knowledge of SmartRecruiters and Workato.
- Stay updated on product updates/changes.
- Strong understanding of SmartRecruiters' integration capabilities (APIs, HCM Connectors, embedded automation tools).
- Technical proficiency in HTTP, APIs, WebServices, familiarity with HRIS Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP EC, ADP, UKG, Peoplesoft).
- Expertise in authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, SAML, AD, OKTA).
- Understanding of coding principles (despite no-code tools).
- Experience with commercial ETL/middleware tools (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- Proven ability to design technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
