Contractor Technical Producer

• Coordinate electrical and IT requirements, including collection, infrastructure management, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate AV, lighting, and computer/printer orders, including collection, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate simulcast plans, including screen and sound needs, monitor management, and onsite execution.
• Source and implement closed captioning and alternative simulcast equipment.
• Source vendors and maintain relationships, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Develop, upkeep, report, and reconcile conference budgets and vendor invoices.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Input and update event details and maintain event databases.
• Complete operational and administrative functions.

• Degree or diploma in event management, hospitality, project management, or related field.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• 5+ years of direct event experience with increasing responsibility.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Airtable.
