About the Role: The Ads Marketing Technology team is a multidisciplinary group within Google Ads. The mission is to build great user experiences for small businesses using Google Ads. We build tools, infrastructure, and experiences to drive new customer acquisition, product adoption, revenue growth, and brand affinity for Google's advertising business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Focus on Google's ad business, innovative email projects, and support data science/analytics.
- Work on high-priority, technically complex projects with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, and Marketing.
- Develop project plans based on business requirements.
- Translate technical requirements into execution plans.
- Manage day-to-day project responsibilities.
- Utilize SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools, SQL, Gamma, Marketo or other email systems is desired.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
- Technical experience with SDLC methodologies.
- Experience managing technical and data projects.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools, SQL, and Gamma is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Ability to distill core issues effectively.
- High tolerance for ambiguity.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with global cross-product launches.
- Data analyst experience.
- Prior experience at Google is a plus.
