Coder is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Contractor) to lead the evolution of its monetization architecture and business model. This role involves a phased migration from seat-based pricing to usage-based billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Execution: Lead complex system migrations, integrate usage-based billing platforms with CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems, and drive end-to-end project plans.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate across Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Domain Knowledge: Understand consumption-based pricing models, rating engines, and metering architectures.
- Experience leading data migration projects with an understanding of validation frameworks and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with CPQ, Salesforce, NetSuite, Campfire, Stripe
What we're looking for:
- 5–8+ years in program management, technical product management, or systems implementation
- Expertise in usage-based pricing models and metering architectures
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and ERP integrations
- Experience working with API-based systems, webhooks, and high-volume data
- Clear communicator with high EQ and strong execution
Bonus:
- Experience managing parallel systems during phased migrations
- Vendor management experience
- Hands-on work with Metronome, Stripe, or similar billing tools
- Understanding of revenue recognition for both subscription and usage-based models
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Campfire
