Job Details

The Technical Services Representative delivers aircraft services and implementation support to WinAir clients.

Technical Responsibilities:
  • Build and configure aircraft maintenance templates.
  • Ensure configuration accuracy to meet aviation regulatory standards.
  • Assist with system configuration and customization.
  • Perform data migration activities.
  • Support system testing.
  • Maintain service delivery documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Development teams.

Service Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Support managed service contracts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes.

Education & Experience:
  • Diploma or degree in Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of aviation maintenance workflows and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in software implementation, configuration, or data migration is an asset.

Skills & Aptitudes:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
