Job Details
The Technical Services Representative delivers aircraft services and implementation support to WinAir clients.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Build and configure aircraft maintenance templates.
- Ensure configuration accuracy to meet aviation regulatory standards.
- Assist with system configuration and customization.
- Perform data migration activities.
- Support system testing.
- Maintain service delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Development teams.
Service Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather requirements.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Support managed service contracts.
- Contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance workflows and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in software implementation, configuration, or data migration is an asset.
Skills & Aptitudes:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
