Technical Support Associate - HVAC/R

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify solutions to various problems related to energy-saving solutions (HVAC, refrigeration, metering, etc.).
• Track customer issues to resolution within agreed time limits.
• Communicate with clients and vendors (phone, email, chat).
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure equipment functionality.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
• Deliver training to vendors on systems, processes, and technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Industry certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused technical role.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience with various operating systems (Windows).
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible hours; some weekends and late nights may be required.
• 15% travel may be required.

Compensation: $65,000 - $78,000 USD
