The Support Team: A fully remote team focused on enabling customers and resolving technical issues with our Everyday AI Platform (DSS).

Impact: Help EMEA and global customers solve technical issues (installation, security, integration with big data technologies). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues.

  • Help EMEA and global customers with various communication channels.
  • Communicate with R&D to solve complex issues and share customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Work with other customer-facing teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Document knowledge in technical articles and knowledge bases.
  • Support other activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years client-facing engineering/technical experience (complex, evolving software).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborative and helpful mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (log analysis, debugging, error reproduction).
  • Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems.
  • Experience with relational databases/data warehouses (Snowflake) and SQL.
  • Ability to read/write Python or R code.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with authentication/authorization systems (LDAP, SAML, Kerberos).
  • Experience with ML models and LLMs.

  • Technical Assessment (Home Test).
  • Debrief of Tech Assessment.
  • Final Interview with VP Technical Support.
