Job Responsibilities:

  • Support, build, and maintain expertise of products and services.
  • Work directly with customers to solve problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, and architectural improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert.
  • Escalate customer issues.
  • Be a liaison and customer advocate.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering.
  • Support-facing role: Graylog, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, and MongoDB on Linux.

Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Basic to intermediate Linux systems administration
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS preferred)
  • Interest in cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, API Security, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
