Job Responsibilities:
- Support, build, and maintain expertise of products and services.
- Work directly with customers to solve problems.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and architectural improvements.
- Become a subject matter expert.
- Escalate customer issues.
- Be a liaison and customer advocate.
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering.
- Support-facing role: Graylog, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, and MongoDB on Linux.
Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Basic to intermediate Linux systems administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS preferred)
- Interest in cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, API Security, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
