About the Role:As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical queries for Enterprise Partners, covering a range of products (Whitelabel services, APIs, IoT solutions). Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams. Ensure seamless support, drive continuous improvement, and success for strategic accounts.
About the Job: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights. Manage stakeholder requests through JIRA Service Desk. Tackle complex challenges with research, communication, and adherence to SLAs. Partner with Product and Development teams to drive innovation through feature development and bug fixing.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree/Technical Diploma or 4+ years related experience.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Experience with telemetry and logging tools (e.g., DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Sentry).
- Proficiency in incident & ticket management tools (Jira, Zendesk, Intercom). Familiarity with automated workflows.
- Experience with testing environments (UAT, prod, etc.).
- Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
- Proficient in languages like Ruby or Python.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
