Markforged is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to drive positive customer experience and customer success with Markforged products. The role involves providing timely and accurate responses to questions, training and coaching, and listening to customer needs.
What you will own:

- Provide excellent Technical Support to resellers and customers.
- Develop knowledge of diverse technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with Markforged teams for continuous improvement.
- Create and improve technical documentation.
- Provide technical training to partners and customers.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Ability to solve complex problems with in-depth analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
- Knowledge of compressed gas cylinders is an advantage.
- Competence in Salesforce or other CRM is an advantage.
- Experience working with international teams is advantageous.
- Self-motivation and passion to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 60%).
- Ability to attend meetings ‘after hours’.
