We are searching for a qualified Technical Support Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues for clients via phone or online.
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Recording incident information using various tools.
- Analyzing, gathering information (e.g., steps, logs, screenshots), troubleshooting, and resolving/recommending resolutions to moderately complex customer problems.
- Using knowledge and skills to address customer needs within specifications.
- Troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Microsoft Windows Server tools, Oracle database analysis, and Microsoft IIS.
- Collaborating with teams to resolve client issues and request enhancements.
- Maintaining customer relationships with speed and professionalism.
- Establishing priorities and communicating effectively with clients.
- Overcoming constraints to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Actively contributing to a knowledge base and client information.
- Communicating customer feedback to product teams for improvement.
- Acting as primary contact for assigned clients regarding product performance and operational processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshooting skills related to software/hardware/technical issues.
- Comfortable troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
- Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for learning new technologies and helping customers.
- Ability to accept feedback, reflect, and improve performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical customer service/experience.
- POS experience a plus.
