At Commuty, we're seeking a Technical Support & Integration Engineer to enhance our mobility platform.
What you’ll do:
- Lead technical onboarding projects.
- Configure SSO and access control systems.
- Act as a project manager with internal and client teams.
- Translate customer needs into technical steps.
- Provide technical support post-launch.
- Handle data tasks using scripts.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with APIs.
- Improve documentation and support processes.
What you’ll work with:
- Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Angular, Java (Quarkus), Ionic
- Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Tools: Postman, Slack, GitLab
Who we’re looking for:
Tech-savvy professionals fluent in English, French, and Dutch, capable of connecting to APIs and offering solutions.
