Job Details

Where will you be based and what business will you support?Any Romania based location is best for us, as the job is 100% remotely available for our business in Romania.

Technical Expertise needed:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in application support.
  • Excellent verbal/written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD.
  • Good knowledge on database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries).
  • Good knowledge of IIS troubleshooting (such as by using the event viewer logs from Windows server).
  • Application troubleshooting and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues.
  • Proven ability to work within service level agreement to solve customer issues.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC process.
  • Escalate and follow-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and issue deviations from SOPs.
  • Experience with ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams spread across geographies.
  • Customer focused and goal orientated with keen attention to details.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Release Management & Coordination is good to have.
  • Experience with leading teams.
  • Understanding of single sign on.
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS, SQL Server preferred
  • Experience in debugging the apps with API / REST services.
  • Understand of terraform, Observability, Error handling in Cloud setups.
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search - Mandatory.
  • Writing automated scripts / queries for validating applications would be appreciated.
  • Any Azure / DevOPS certification.
