Job Summary: Immediate need for a Technical Support Representative.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve IT issues (logging in, password resets, remote access).
- Support Channels: Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
- Invoice Management: Help with invoice creation, updates, and distribution.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through platform setup and workflows.
- CRM Management: Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
- Service Request Tracking: Use internal ticketing system for requests and feedback.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Representative
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy, familiar with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
Technical Requirements:
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer: 1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM
- Internet: 25 Mbps wired connection (main), 10 Mbps (backup)
