Job Title: Technical Support Representative (Remote)

Job Summary: Immediate need for a Technical Support Representative.

  1. Troubleshooting: Resolve IT issues (logging in, password resets, remote access).
  2. Support Channels: Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Invoice Management: Help with invoice creation, updates, and distribution.
  4. Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through platform setup and workflows.
  5. CRM Management: Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
  6. Service Request Tracking: Use internal ticketing system for requests and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Representative
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars (Google Calendar)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident
  • Ability to work graveyard shifts

Technical Requirements:

  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Computer: 1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM
  • Internet: 25 Mbps wired connection (main), 10 Mbps (backup)
