Job Details

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in the Customer Success Team, owning technical relationships with partners.
  • Become an excellent communicator and master problem-solving skills.
  • Work in coordination with Customer Success Managers to support seamless partner experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests.
  • Review partner queries and find creative solutions.
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team.
  • Meet important SLAs like response time and issue resolution lead time.

We want you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, IT & Computer Science, Programming, or Engineering.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages (a plus).
