What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to assist in the support and development of high-load financial systems, including trading platforms and company infrastructure. This is an opportunity to become part of a professional team, work with modern technologies, and grow in the FinTech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of trading platforms and related software
  • Managing server infrastructure (Linux, Windows)
  • Monitoring and supporting remote systems and applications
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues, working with logs and consoles
  • Automating routine processes, scripting (preferably Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Requirements:

  • Strong Linux skills
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, NAT, Firewall)
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in FinTech
  • Experience with MetaTrader 5, FIX protocol, trading gateways, and bridges
  • Familiarity with Zabbix and other monitoring tools
  • Process automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of network protocol stacks and routing principles
