Job Details

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need a Technical Support Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide amazing support to our clients.
  • Escalate customer support requirements as appropriate, communicating relevant information (criticality and timeliness), and confirming acceptance.
  • Prepare desktops, laptops, and miscellaneous hardware for customers.
  • Keep customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
  • Deliver assigned operational and project commitments, utilizing the customer team as necessary.
  • Perform customer maintenance activities.
  • Monitor customer team's assigned alerts and respond appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with teams.
  • Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize, plan, and deliver work in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to anyone.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role.
  • MSP experience preferred.
