Job Summary: We need a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, supporting our rapid growth and client needs. You'll provide exceptional customer support, exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide amazing client support.
- Escalate support requirements, communicating criticality and timeliness.
- Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for clients.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation.
- Fulfill operational and project commitments, coordinating with the customer team.
- Perform customer maintenance.
- Monitor alerts and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
- Organize, prioritize, plan, and deliver work timely.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Excellent written and oral communication/customer service skills.
- Explain technical challenges and solutions effectively.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role.
- Prior experience with an Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred.
