Job Summary: We need a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, supporting our rapid growth and client needs. You'll provide exceptional customer support, exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide amazing client support.
  • Escalate support requirements, communicating criticality and timeliness.
  • Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation.
  • Fulfill operational and project commitments, coordinating with the customer team.
  • Perform customer maintenance.
  • Monitor alerts and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Organize, prioritize, plan, and deliver work timely.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Excellent written and oral communication/customer service skills.
  • Explain technical challenges and solutions effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Prior experience with an Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred.

  • Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
  • Computer Replacement, IPCONFIG details, Joint to Domain, Printer Installs, Antivirus
  • User Profile Migrations, Outlook Setup, Mobile Device Setup (email)
  • Office 365, SharePoint, QuickBooks
