Job Details

Technical Support Specialist providing post commissioning technical support, warranty claim management, and customer issue resolution for ES install base customers. Managing customer issues to closure during regular business hours & 24/7 after hours support.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with Technical Support team, engineering, process & controls groups.
  • Highlight chronic issues to Product Managers and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Provide training facilitation to internal & external customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

Duties:
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand failure root cause and report progress.
  • Organize and drive feedback to engineering and senior management.
  • Lead resolution of customer complaints and issues throughout project lifecycle.
  • Investigate and report cases in CTS application.
  • Participate in RCA teams to resolve systemic issues.
  • Participate in Large Issue review meetings and track project costs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Veolia WTS and service offerings.

Minimal travel is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to multitask on concurrent projects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
  • Working knowledge of PLC controls.
  • Read and understand Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID’s, Electrical Drawings, Control Logic Summary Charts, and Operating Sequence Charts.

Education & Experience:
  • Required: 5 years’ experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent.
  • 5 years of client relationship management experience.
  • Preferred: Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with 5+ years in a water treatment field.
  • Knowledge of Veolia WTS products and systems.
