Job Summary: To support rapid growth, we need a Technical Support Specialist. You'll provide exceptional client support, exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide amazing client support.
- Escalate support needs as appropriate, communicating criticality and timeliness.
- Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for clients.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation.
- Fulfill operational and project commitments.
- Perform customer maintenance.
- Monitor and respond to assigned alerts.
- Collaborate with teams.
- Organize, prioritize, and deliver work efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical challenges to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support.
- 1-3 years experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or equivalent.
- MSP experience preferred.
