Oxfam America is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to play a key role in the administration, integration, and technical support of business applications. Responsibilities include:
- Business Systems Administration and Support for ERP, HRIS, and reporting tools.
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports.
- Designing and managing integrations between business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Mapping workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical systems analysis or related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Scripting proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with nonprofit business processes, agile methodologies, and Microsoft Azure.
