We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented technical writer to join our team. In this role, you'll craft compelling RFP responses aligning our offerings with potential partners' strategic needs.
What you'll do:
- Technical writing of RFP responses
- Align proposals with strategic goals and partner needs, positioning Element451 as the best fit
- Coordinate RFP opportunities with the Director of Proposal Management & Sales Enablement
- Identify and capture open bid opportunities aligning with Element451's offerings
- Help scale proposal response volume
- Market research on opportunities and competitors
- Develop solutions addressing customer goals and needs
- Participate in SWOT Assessments/Risk Analysis
- Evaluate Element451's competitive positioning
- Assist sales team on potential opportunities
What you'll need:
- Experience in the procurement process and interpreting RFP requirements
- Experience with RFP sourcing, tracking, and responding (Bonfire, Jaggaer, etc.)
- Conducted market research and competitive analysis related to RFPs
- Familiarity with Responsive (RFP360) or similar proposal management software
- (Higher education background a plus)
- (APMP Certification a plus)
