Role Description:

The GFiber Brand team needs a writer who excels in technical writing and creative content. This role involves communicating effectively with customers about sometimes complicated technology.

You'll create, review, and edit content across various channels:

• Help Center articles
• Email campaigns
• Blogs
• Virtual assistants
• Self-service channels
• Video scripts

Success Factors:

• Expert understanding of GFiber's brand voice and tone
• Deep understanding of our target audiences
• Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex concepts

Responsibilities Include:

• Writing and editing clear, concise content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (customer comms, marketing, support) to ensure alignment.
• Staying current with industry trends and product updates.
• Ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and compliance (e.g., AP Style, brand guidelines).
• Measuring and reporting on content effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, consumer support, or consumer documentation.
• 3+ years of experience writing for web and digital applications (emails, blogs, help guides).
• Experience using digital applications for content creation (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer tech brands
• Familiarity with content standards like AP Style

Compensation: $87,200 - $127,600 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Specific salary will vary by location.
