Job Details
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear API documentation. You will work with engineers and product managers to improve developer adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the creation of API documentation.
- Translate technical information into developer-friendly content.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Maintain documentation standards.
- Incorporate feedback to improve content.
- Advocate for best practices in developer experience.
- Stay up to date with API trends (REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI).
- 3+ years in technical writing or developer advocacy.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, JSON, OAuth, and API keys.
- Familiarity with API specifications like OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Ability to read code examples (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, static site generators, Git).
- Comfortable in agile environments.
- Experience writing for developer platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
- Background in software development.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Understanding of developer onboarding.
