About the Role We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop end-user documentation for the Kustomer platform. You'll create content for our support center and developer documentation. Responsibilities include identifying areas to improve self-help via documentation, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams for content accuracy, building user guides for new features, providing data-driven insights to product teams on feature complexity and user confusion, and reviewing/editing user instructions and error messages.
Qualifications Excellent technical writing skills, experience with end-user documentation for web applications, understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), proficiency in using code repositories and command-line interfaces, proven success in self-managing writing projects, experience with content translation, and comfort using AI tools. Preferred experience in the CRM/startup space.
