Full-Time Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation that empowers our users to effectively navigate and utilize our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for writing and managing help center documentation and user guides. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure our documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. Additionally, you will contribute to in-app copy and support video content creation to enhance the overall user experience.

1. Create, update, and maintain help center documentation, user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
2. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure technical accuracy and address user needs in documentation.
3. Assist in maintaining and improving the documentation structure and content for ease of use, ensuring consistent tone, style, and branding across all documents.
4. Edit and revise existing documentation based on product updates and customer feedback.
5. Participate in documentation reviews with peers and senior writers to ensure consistency and quality.
6. Support the creation of UX copy to ensure user-facing content is clear, concise, and aligned with product goals.
7. Incorporate feedback from Customer Success and Support teams to address user knowledge gaps and areas of confusion.
8. Assist in video content creation by supporting the Senior Technical Writer in scripting, gathering visuals, or reviewing content for technical accuracy.
