Full-Time Technical Writer

About the RoleSecond Front Systems (2F) seeks a motivated Technical Writer to support the Game Warden Product team.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, release notes, FAQs, and training materials.
• Oversee and maintain the Help Center, ensuring resources are current and valuable.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Develop and maintain a documentation strategy supporting the product lifecycle.
• Manage the company’s knowledge base for internal and external use.
• Identify documentation gaps and implement improvements.
• Develop resources to empower customers.

Skills You’ll Bring

• 5+ years experience in technical documentation, preferably in DevSecOps, cloud-based platforms, or government compliance tools.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, REST APIs, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to work with engineers, UX designers, and product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with content management systems, version control systems, and documentation tools.
• Ability to write precisely and accurately, translating complex information into clear business terms.
• Proactive mindset with initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
• Understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong interest in national security.
• Experience with Gitlab, Markdown, MkDocs, and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in the public sector or highly regulated industries.
