About the Role
Supra seeks a skilled Technical Writer to make our innovative tools and platforms more accessible to users. If you’re passionate about creating user-friendly documentation for cutting-edge technologies, especially decentralized platforms, blockchain, and open-source technologies, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Research and create comprehensive user guides for the Supra blockchain on new products, features, and APIs (setup guides, tutorials, user education, troubleshooting)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Researchers, Developers, Product Managers, Designers) to ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with the Creative team to maintain a consistent tone, style, and branding across all documentation
- Create visual aids (diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots) to enhance understanding and accessibility
- Analyze content performance and conduct reviews to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Engage with various communities on technical subjects (X, Telegram, Discord)
- Develop and implement a documentation strategy to meet the needs of developers, users, and partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical writing in the blockchain industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology (smart contracts, wallets, nodes)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with documentation tools (Gitbook, MadCap Flare, Paligo, Confluence)
- Familiarity with visual design and visual aids
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Certifications (CTW, CPTC) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
