The Mill Adventure is looking for a Technical Writer to help document product features.
- Work with internal teams to understand documentation requirements.
- Manage and improve the documentation repository.
- Produce high-quality documentation (user manuals, guides, FAQ pages, tutorials).
- Collaborate with development and product teams.
- Write and publish release articles for software updates and product launches.
- Define English copy for platform components to maximize user experience.
- Ensure the platform experience is user-friendly.
- Knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SDLC and software development.
- Experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Exposure to technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to build a product knowledge base.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
