Full-Time Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate with experts to produce developer guides and API documentation. You’ll develop new content from internal sources, update existing resources, and contribute to style guidelines.

What you'll do:

• Write documentation to educate developers about features.
• Work with engineers and product managers to collect information.
• Collaborate to edit specification files and publish Postman collections.
• Edit and verify the accuracy of existing guides.
• Work with the design team on UX content.
• Participate in initiatives to establish styles and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, or related field.
• Ability to write technical content for developers.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI standards.
• Knowledge of JSON and Postman preferred.
• Proficiency with authoring, CMS, and task management tools (Readme, Confluence, JIRA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Payments preferred.
• Experience writing UX text preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese a strong plus.
