Your challenge at Yuno

• Deliver High-Quality Documentation: Create, maintain, and improve product documentation (user guides, API references, FAQs, technical manuals, online help resources).
• Drive Vision and Strategy: Define and implement the documentation strategy, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support to gather information and translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Champion Documentation Standards: Establish and promote best practices, style guides, and content templates for consistent quality.
• Understand the Audience: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand the needs of developers, customers, and internal teams. Use insights to improve content.
• Leverage Tools and Technologies: Utilize tools and methodologies to streamline documentation creation, maintenance, and publication. Explore innovative ways to make content interactive.
• Measure Success: Define KPIs (customer satisfaction, adoption rates, support ticket deflection) and use metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Skills you need

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software, fintech, or technology.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts (APIs, software development, systems architecture).
• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, GitHub, Swagger).
• Ability to define and execute a documentation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and experience measuring content success.
