Position SummaryWe seek a Technical Writer to develop, document, and disseminate technical information for customer-facing products. This role will impact the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop functional and peer-reviewed documentation.
- Write internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Translate technical information into understandable documentation.
- Adhere to established processes and standards.
- Seek clarification on advanced problems.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated writing experience and knowledge of software development.
- Knowledge of CMS or similar documentation management systems.
- Experience with modern scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, CSS).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Self-driven, good problem-solving skills, adaptable, and takes ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, consensus-building.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity, and use of design, diagrams, and charts.
