Full-Time Technical Writer (Remote)

Experian Health is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Product team. In this role, you will shape how we communicate complex, data-driven healthcare solutions to internal and external audiences.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Create documentation that supports product migrations, updates, and launches—ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with Experian's brand and accessibility standards
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content, including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal process documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and agree on messaging
• Maintain and evolve documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all content
• Support incident response by producing accurate change communications and help content

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in technical writing, in software, healthcare, or data-focused environments
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or related field
• Experience creating documentation for diverse audiences
• Experience with content management systems, version control tools, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Git, MadCap Flare, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with accessibility, inclusivity, and legal compliance in documentation
• Background in software development, engineering, or product management
• Knowledge of XML-based documentation tools and structured authoring
