Privia's Technology Integration team integrates new providers and offers IT support. This role manages IT implementation projects, improves onboarding, and leads interface integration. Reports to the Manager of Technology Integration.
The Technology Integration Associate coordinates tasks across teams. Requires organization, prioritization, risk management, and clear communication.
Suited for a proactive project manager effective in a cross-functional team. Strong communication is essential to translate technical concepts, aid decision-making, and ensure accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams for alignment on initiatives.
- Hold IT Orientation and project meetings.
- Coordinate with Field Services for hardware.
- Handle IT quotes.
- Coordinate interface and data conversion projects.
- Provide training.
- Improve processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years managing projects with multiple teams.
- 2+ years in IT.
- 1+ years of healthcare experience.
- Understanding of healthcare interfacing and HL7.
- HIPAA compliance.
- Consulting skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience and persistence.
