Full-Time Technology Manager

United Franchise Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Manager to lead technological initiatives and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy.
• Lead a team of tech professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends.
• Project manage and launch initiatives (POS, CRM, ERP).
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party services.
• Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in technology & business (franchising/multi-unit retail preferred).
• Food industry experience a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of tech infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP, POS/CRM, and database management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
