This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of Contact’s technology landscape, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development and delivery of technology roadmaps.
- Coordinating business demand management, investment planning, risk and dependency management.
- Facilitating workshops to identify transformation opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to delivery and operations teams.
- Communicating strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
- Supporting operational performance and asset management.
About You:
You’re curious, adaptable, technically and commercially minded, with a strong foundation in technology and planning.
We’re really excited if you’ve got:
- 10+ years’ experience in technology planning, architecture, design, and operations.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree (IT, engineering, computer systems, or similar).
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience in cross-functional business and technology transformation.
- Strategic partner and supplier management experience.
