This is a pivotal role at a pivotal time. As Technology Strategy Lead, you’ll help shape the future of Contact’s technology landscape, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps that drive our ambitions for decarbonisation and technology transformation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development and delivery of one- to five-year technology roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment and driving innovation.
- Coordinating business demand management, investment planning, risk and dependency management.
- Facilitating workshops and ideation sessions to identify transformation opportunities and drive alignment.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to delivery and operations teams, supporting end-to-end roadmap management.
- Communicating strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
- Supporting operational performance, asset management and helping to build the technical and commercial capability across technology teams.
You’ll need to align priorities, influence and perform through teams. Navigating competing priorities and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders can be challenging—but you’ll be supported every step of the way.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant degree (IT, engineering, computer systems, or similar).
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience in cross-functional business and technology transformation.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strategic partner and supplier management experience.
