Remote position requiring Midwest-based employee.
The Territory Manager will drive sales and foster business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and cultivate relationships for new contracts.
- Convey Aya Healthcare's value proposition to potential hospital decision-makers.
- Demonstrate and present CoreHire software.
- Identify and contact healthcare organizations to win business.
- Build and maintain a client pipeline.
- Educate potential clients about Aya's services and software.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Serve as client advocate for satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales email campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years top-producing sales experience in a healthcare staffing organization
- SaaS sales experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation
- Results-oriented and driven by financial and career opportunities
- Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
- Effective communication with peers and executives
- Establish cross-functional and multi-level relationships
- Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus commission. May vary based on experience. Bonuses are discretionary.
