Full-Time Tier 3 Microsoft Network and Windows Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 3 Microsoft Network and Windows Engineer with experience in MSP environments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex Microsoft and network infrastructure issues.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based IT architectures and network environments.
• Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot enterprise-level issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
• Provide mentorship and potentially lead a growing team of engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and accommodate off-hours work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in an MSP environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, technical project leadership, and operational support.
• Proven ability to handle escalations, lead root cause analyses, and design preventive measures.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Leadership potential.

Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement and be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
