Full-Time Training Content Creator

As a Training Content Creator, you will build engaging learning resources for frontline teams (e.g., customer support). This role blends training material development with operational support during product launches and new service introductions.

You'll use learning technologies to create online courses, instructional videos, and other training materials. You'll condense complex product updates into clear training resources for internal and external audiences, proactively manage projects, and track their effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years creating training for customer-facing teams, following instructional design best practices
• 2+ years of experience within or supporting a high-volume customer support center
• Proficiency with instructional design and video editing tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
• Proven project management skills, coordinating training content creation from start to finish
• Experience supporting product launches, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to detailed documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Deep knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Experience developing self-paced training for onboarding
• Ability to leverage data to identify training improvement areas
• Experience working in Healthcare or a regulated industry
