Job Details
We are looking for a full-time Travel Consultant. Your previous travel consulting experience will be well rewarded.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Determine clients' travel requirements and advise itineraries.
- Make and confirm reservations using GDS.
- Notify clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and visa requirements.
- Interpret fare rules and advise conditions to clients.
- Collect payments and issues travel documents.
- Advise schedule changes to clients.
- Follow internal workflows using CRM.
- Make follow-ups and convince clients.
- Be professional in handling clients.
Competencies Requirement:
- Required minimum of two years of experience as a Travel Consultant
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in GDS
- Must be computer literate
- Familiarity with any CRM
- Good communication and Customer Service skills
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Graduate in any discipline
- IATA Qualification or Equivalent
