Customer Outcomes Senior TX Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
- Designing and delivering ServiceNow Technology Excellence technical architecture for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
- Providing oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
- Advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
- Guiding customers in completing required documentation, such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
- Providing feedback to product development to improve the product based on customer experiences.
- Maintaining skills/certifications on Technology Excellence.
Required experience and skills:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years experience in a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Comfort running projects independently.
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Collaborative working style.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
- Advanced English skills.
