Full-Time Vice President, Enterprise Systems

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Enterprise Application (SaaS) Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of enterprise systems across Go-To-Market, Finance, HR, and Operations functions.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• M&A Integration & Scaling: Lead enterprise systems due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution for acquisitions.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor KPIs that include but are not limited to system performance, security, adoption, cost efficiency, user satisfaction and senior stakeholder satisfaction.
• Business Partnership: Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives on technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Security, Risk and Compliance: Implement and evolve state-of-the-art security standards, processes and best practices.
• Vendor, Budget & Portfolio Management: Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and enterprise licensing.
