Volunteer Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time)

About this position

We’re looking for a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to support a fast-moving, mission-driven team that helps Associates get involved with nonprofit partners. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excited to build programs that create meaningful and sustainable impact. You’ll help manage ongoing volunteer initiatives and play a key role in improving internal processes that make participation easy and engaging for all.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Associates and teams interested in volunteering and track project participation.
• Assist with the planning and execution of quarterly onsite volunteer events.
• Coordinate Associate engagement for external events (e.g., walks, runs, corporate tournaments).
• Maintain volunteer data including feedback, t-shirt orders, and event photos.
• Provide insights for impact reporting and research upcoming nonprofit and museum events.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Strong computer skills, especially in automation and data tracking.
• Flexible, energetic, and solutions-focused with a proactive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and familiarity with nonprofit or volunteer work is a plus.

Additional Information

• Part-time role: 20–30 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9am–3pm
• In-office: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Marlborough, MA
